Heritage Hotel Management has announced that Auckland’s Waitakere Estate has joined its Heritage Boutique Collection
(HBC). It joins a group of properties that include Waterfront Suites Bay of Islands, Sea Spray Suites Bay of Islands, Tuscany
Villas Rotorua and Akaroa Cottages on Banks Peninsula.

“Auckland’s Waitakere Estate is a perfect fit for HBC as we aim to make every guest feel like ‘someone special’ visiting
‘somewhere special,’” says Ronnie Ronalde, general manager Heritage Boutique Collection. “All our exclusive properties
must meet strict criteria to join the ‘invitation only’ Heritage Boutique Collection.” Waitakere Estate is located on Scenic
Drive at the gateway to the Waitakere Ranges Regional Park and the West Coast surf beaches, and is just 30 minutes drive west of Auckland’s CBD. It has 14 refurbished guest rooms, three garden apartments and a private two-bedroom villa, all set amongst 29 hectares of gardens and native bush.

Conference and wedding parties for up to 70 people can be catered for in three banquet rooms, plus, the estate has its own private wedding chapel.
